I had an absolutely amazing experience and would definitely go again. The hotel was deluxe, I greatly enjoyed bright rooms and accommodating staff. That venue was in a lovely and incredible location, in a quiet neighbourhood. Popped in Bar Eniac for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue.

I had pleasant experience and would still consider staying here again. Excellent value, room was huge, staff were very amiable. The location was comfy because it was close enough to the bus station and an older, residential area with closely built buildings/houses and osaka. Gion district was worth exploring.
No complaints.

Deluxe queen room is new-fashioned, has a spacious bathroom. Nice touch to have a seating area, a work desk and a couch bed. The location it offers is great and comfy, not far from restaurants and easy subway access, a quiet alley and an older, residential area with closely built buildings/houses.
No complaints!

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the best shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as a washing machine, microwave, and kettle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the comfortable bed and the stunning view from our room, which made for a great start to each day.
While the staff were helpful, the hotel had limited hours and there was a lack of extra towels available.

Location: the hotel was not far from a quiet alley crossing a street that was magically decorated with laterns as well as Higashiyama station. It also was near a subway:)))
Nothing, all was good!

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to the subway station and many bus stops, making it easy for me to navigate around the city. the hotel room was well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. My family and I also enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and cafes for breakfast or snacks.
While the hotel met our basic needs, we found it to be lacking in character and personality. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming or friendlier upon our arrival, but this is a minor issue.

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The room had a small kitchen and a private bathroom with good water pressure. The staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy. This hotel was located near a quiet canal and historic district with many food options. The sustainable toiletries in refillable containers were a plus.
Nothing, all excellent.
