The room's size impressed me. It had a kitchenette, perfect for whipping up some quick snacks. The clean, comfy beds made for great nights' sleep. The drying room in the bathroom really stood out. I washed and hung my clothes, and they were dry in just a few hours. However, the entry carpet looked quite stained, which didn’t leave the best first impression. Also, a lingering odor in the hallway made me wish I'd brought air freshener. Overall, a cozy spot with some minor issues.

The lack of staff left us feeling unsupported. We dealt with noisy neighbors who disrupted our sleep every night. The self-checkout system felt insecure and unorganized, raising concerns for our belongings.

Located in a vibrant area with plenty of eateries, it was easy to explore nearby attractions, including the stunning Maryuma Park, and enjoy delicious local cuisine. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped.

Positive, Great location near Gion and Higashiyama. The room was spacious for Japan, well-furnished, and even had a small cooking area. Nearby shops served amazing fried chicken nuggets, adding to the charm. It felt cozy and was super quiet at night. I’ll definitely stay here again! 😊
